• Be an intern for a semester or longer

• Learn more about our Nursing Home Friendly Visitor program and make a difference in the life of someone living with MS

• Offer discounted or free services for people living with MS

• Offer paid internships or college scholarships for people living with MS and their children -- and let us know!

• Lead a running or walking group to help market Walk MS

• Get your favorite local restaurant or bar to host a fundraising night where a portion of sales goes to the National MS Society and then let us know about your event!

• Spend time volunteering from the comfort of your own home—call us and ask about Virtual Volunteering opportunities at (1-800-344-4867)

• Offer to distribute event materials or National MS Society brochures in your local area

• Organize a brown bag lunch at your office to spread the word amongst your co-workers about your Walk or Bike team

• Organize a corporate breakfast at your office, inviting your corporate contacts to learn more about the National MS Society and how they can become involved

• Connect us via e-mail or phone with your connections in the community who may want to know more and do more to work towards a world free of MS
