  • Public Relations Volunteers
    1. Online Calendar Updates: Responsible for online searches to discover various event calendar sites. If chapter events are not listed on these sites, post the events according to the information and template provided by the chapter. Must keep detailed list of site updates and which events posted.
    2. Print Calendar Updates: Beginning with the chapter's media list, contact various publications to ensure that chapter events are listed on their calendars according to the chapter's template. Update media list to maintain accuracy and which events posted.
    3. CAS_volunteer_mediaGrassroots: Work with the chapter to create a no-cost campaign that will raise awareness about the chapter and MS on a local and on a personal level. Perhaps your idea is to organize an ongoing road-show in partnerships with public and private institutions, social networks and media. Maybe it includes direct phone calls, speaking engagements or canvassing. The sky's the limit! Contact us with your ideas.
    4. Expansion: Investigate ways to obtain more publicity and actively promote the Society in the community.
