Participants will stay two nights in amazing villas at our host location, Wild Dunes Resort, with comfortable beds, hot showers, incredible meals every morning and night, and entertainment each evening. Champions and Super Teams that register before December 31, 2011 will automatically be placed in the beach front villas with an ocean view. Each villa has four rooms, and each room hosts a minimum of two guests. Two guests will automatically be assigned unless otherwise requested. Participants will stay at Wild Dunes Resort on Friday and Saturday nights.
Walkers and Super Crew Members will be able to stay free of charge, while Crew Members and Guests will be responsible for a $50/person per night housing fee.
If you need accommodations on Thursday and/or Sunday night(s), please indicate this on your registration form. We will submit a rooming list to the hotel. You will be invoiced $75 per night (per person) if you choose to stay Thursday night. Sunday night housing is not discounted. You can also stay at these other local partner hotels.
Wild Dunes Resort is located on the northern end of the Isle of Palms, a mere 30 minutes from the charm and grace of historic Charleston. The Resort rests on the tip of the Isle of Palms, a barrier island off South Carolina, where guests can enjoy the spirit of the Carolina Lowcountry in a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere.
