She has provided mentoring, empowerment and opportunity to young women in Northern Colorado for more than 25 years. Hanrahan attended Colorado State University and is an avid champion of CSU Athletics.
She is also a longtime supporter of the Chapter and other nonprofit organizations.
Loveland resident Pam Carlson will be honored with the Chapter’s 2013 MS Champion Award, which is presented to a person living with MS who has elevated the local MS community by showing unwavering support to the Chapter and to others living with MS.
Carlson was diagnosed with MS in 2002 and quickly became involved with the Chapter’s Northern Colorado office.
She donates numerous volunteer hours to raising awareness and funds for the Society, captains a Walk MS team and has been a top Northern Colorado fundraiser for the past seven years.
