The Colorado-Wyoming Chapter sponsors a network of self-help groups for people with MS and their loved ones. The groups are peer-facilitated by trained volunteers of the Colorado-Wyoming Chapter who are committed to helping others and who have personal experience with MS.
Groups meet regularly for educational and social purposes, allowing members to express feelings and to provide support to one another. Members share a belief that positive personal change can happen through individual effort with the support of others.
