If you have MS, take advantage of our Care Management Program, which features comprehensive resources to help you maintain your independence and live better with MS. Care management will link you with available items and services for which you qualify. A Care Manager will help organize your services and advocate for you. Your Care Manager will connect you with other professionals and volunteers to help build a network of social support.
