Out on the Route: The route features rest stops every 10-15 miles. These rest stops are stocked with water, sports drinks, sandwiches, granola bars, gluten free snacks, and have rest rooms available. We also have mechanical support at each rest stop and support vehicles out on the course which will maintain contact with emergency vehicles and mechanical support throughout the ride. The routes are marked with white paint. All rest stops will close after the last rider has come through.
** For those riding the 100-mile route you must maintain a pace of at least 12 mph (including stops). If you cannot maintain a pace of 12 mph through 71 miles (through rest stop #6 by 1:00 p.m.) you will be transported back to the start/finish area.

After the Ride: You’ve raised all this money and rode for up to 100 miles, now let us take care of you! You will ride through the finish line, receive your finisher medal and we encourage you to join us at our post-ride celebration with a fabulous BBQ lunch, live DJ’s, local vendors offering product samples, free massage therapy and more!

Reminders: For the safety of all participants, riders under the age of 12 are only permitted to ride the 2 mile route. Tandem bikes and child carriers of any kind are NOT permitted on the route. Helmets MUST be worn by ALL participants. Please follow all traffic laws including stop signs and traffic lights.

Early Packet Pick-Up: Avoid the check-in lines on Sunday morning and come to Early Packet Pick-Up on Saturday, June 1 at Griffin Land from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Here you will be able to pick up your bib number, t-shirt, and goodie bag so that on Sunday morning you can just hop on your bike and head to the starting line!
