How do I register?

Register online

Register offline by calling 860.913.2550.

Register day of Registration starting at 9:30 a.m.

Please remember that drivers and passengers must register individually online and will need separate email addresses.

Registration Fees and Dates:

Registration is $30 per driver and $20 for a passenger.
For $10, non–riders can enjoy the finish line BBQ and festivities at The Oakdale Theater.

Online and Phone Registrations accepted through Thursday, July 19, 2012.

Waivers
All participants must sign two (2) waivers upon check-in at the event.
All children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign and must also have the waiver notarized. There will be a notary at the event.
No children under the age of 12 are permitted on the ride.

What should I wear?
• Protective motorcycle clothing and gear
• Protective motorcycle boots
• Proper clothing in case of bad weather
• Insect repellent/sunscreen
• We suggest all bikers wear helmets

When should I arrive for registration/check-in?
You should arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.

Where do I park?
Parking is available on site.

What if it rains?
The ride takes place rain or shine.

Will food be available?
Yes, part of your registration fee includes a fantastic BBQ with all the fixings.

Accessibility?
There are ADA accessible bathrooms located on the grounds of The Oakdale Theater.
