We know that while living with MS, many people face financial challenges. The Connecticut Chapter is committed to enhancing the quality of life for people living with MS by helping members obtain needed items or services through our financial assistance program. The program assists Connecticut Chapter members who have MS and need:
- medical equipment and repairs
- ramps
- home modifications
- auto modifications
- air conditioners
- short-term homecare and family respite care
- crisis assistance
