Living Well with MS

Gain the necessary tools and knowledge to build a personal plan for living well with MS.

Living Well with MS is a 12-week interactive learning course designed specifically for people diagnosed with MS within the last few years. This newly diagnosed course will help you better understand MS and develop lifestyle strategies that can help diminish the effects of the disease.

The Living Well Experience
This course is offered in a combination of in-person, online, and teleconference meetings. Online, you will gain access each week to a new, highly interactive module that contains videos, discussions and activities about topics such as treatment options, fatigue, stress management, nutrition, employment and careers, relationships, and much more. In person, you will meet each week for fitness education and exercises. You will also have time to share your experience with fellow participants.

In just 12 weeks you will

"Participating in the Living Well program helped change my life. I like to think of the Living Well program as a giant toolbox full of tools you can pull out and utilize whenever you need them…It helped me to reengage in my life. It’s been over 7 years since I have participated in this program and I still, every day, utilize those tools in the toolbox I got from the Living Well program. It’s possible and I believe it, because I am living it. I hope you will too by participating in this program. It really can help change your life."
