National MS Society Tributes gives you the opportunity to help end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis while honoring a special person in your life.
Your fund includes a web page that you can personalize with photos and stories, send emails to your family and friends to ask them to visit your fund, and tools to track the progress in the Champion Center. The web page provides the opportunity for others to make an online donation on behalf of the honoree.

Search for a Tribute Fund across all National MS Society Chapters. Enter at least the first 3 characters of person being honored by the fund OR the person who created the fund.
