During MS Awareness Week people all over the nation will come together to share, educate and build awareness.
MS is a destroyer of connections -- it disrupts signals, separates minds from bodies and pulls us away from each other. It’s only fitting that connection is its greatest enemy.
What if we were able to connect everyone who has MS with those who treat and research the disease? What if everyone affected by or interested in MS would stand together and work as a team to overcome this disease?
Share what you know and build connections at MSconnection.org.
The National MS Society Mid Florida Chapter has many exciting events aimed at raising community awareness about multiple sclerosis during MS Awareness Week. Join us at our Tampa office open house, attend the Wheelchair Round-up to get your wheelchair cleaned and fixed, or visit your local Appleebee's to help raise funds for the MS Society.
For more information about what is happening close to you during MS Awareness week, please contact Stephanie Walgamott at 813-889-8363 or stephanie.walgamott@nmss.org.
