Founded in 1973, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society North Florida Chapter serves more than 18,000 people affected by MS in 34 counties.
Our services include information about multiple sclerosis, referrals to community resources, educational workshops and retreats, lending library, online activities, peer support, scholarships and more.
We are the people who want to do something about MS now. Volunteers can "join the movement" through special events, office work, advocacy, leadership committees and at our new MS Service Day.
The North Florida Chapter raises funds through events such as Walk MS, Bike MS PGA TOUR Cycle to the Shore,On The Move luncheons, Dinner of Champions, MuckFest MS Jacksonville and many others, to ensure ongoing scientific research to find a cause, advanced treatments and a cure for multiple sclerosis.
With the help of people like you - our event participants, donors, volunteers and corporate partners -- the National MS Society, North Florida Chapter addresses the challenges of each person whose life is affected by MS and helps them stay connected to the great big moving world.
