The National MS Society’s Health Fair and Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at the Global Grille Event Center and Cafe in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Health Fair will focus on MS research and community resources.
The Annual Meeting of Members is held to elect the upcoming fiscal year Board of Trustees, and to consider the Annual Report of the Board. If you cannot attend but would like to vote by proxy, complete proxy form.
