Our focus is to provide a high quality, safe and fun cycling experience. However, safety is a personal responsibility. Cyclists need to possess basic bike-handling skills and safety knowledge in order to keep themselves and others around them safe, especially while participating in group cycling activities, like Bike MS.
WHERE IN THE ROAD SHOULD I RIDE?
Many surface hazards (potholes, puddles, debris, broken glass) are more common near the edge of the roadway. Also, a bicyclist can often be hidden from a turning motorist at the most critical time and place.
