Advocacy

Until a cure is found, people living with MS and their families face many challenges. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is leading the movement to protect the rights of people living with MS.  We use advocacy as a tool for filling in the gap between how accessible the world currently is for people with disabilities, and how accessible it ought to be. Below are main categories of issues we continuously work on:

 

We encourage you to join us and raise your voice on behalf of the MS community. By working with policymakers, encouraging people to communicate with lawmakers and nurturing respect for people who must confront MS, we can make a difference.
