MS Aquatics Program Instructor Training

MS Aquatics Program Training is for certified aquatics instructors to learn how to gear their classes specifically to address the needs of individuals living with MS. Class is taught by a certified AEA (Aqua Exercise Association) instructor. For those with MS, participation in an aquatics program can reduce spasticity and maximize muscle strength. It can maintain or increase endurance, flexibility, and range of motion and can prevent symptoms secondary to MS such as muscle atrophy and joint rigidity. Water is buoyant and cool, making it the perfect exercise medium for people with MS.
