Whether you just received a diagnosis of MS or have been living with it for a long time, this section is filled with information and tips on how to maintain your quality of life in the years ahead. Read about strategies and support services aimed at enhancing health and wellness, maximizing productivity and independence, and helping you to deal with emotional, social, financial, and vocational challenges.

Learning about MS
Knowlege is power. If a friend or family member has MS, or if you're a health professional, learning all you can about MS can improve your ability to help those you care about live well. Here, you can find a diverse range of educational resources, including brochures and recorded teleconferences.
