Peer Support

Because multiple sclerosis affects everyone differently, sometimes it’s easy to feel as if no one else understands what it’s like to live with MS. The truth is that many others do know, and they’re only a phone call away.

When you call 1.800.344.4867 and ask for peer support, you can expect to get nonjudgmental support from a peer whether you are calling because of a personal crisis or just for that “shoulder to lean on.”

Because you will be talking to someone who has MS, or is a family member of someone with MS, you are assured of a non-threatening, nurturing environment in which to better understand and constructively deal with your concerns.

You may begin a peer-to-peer discussion by simply calling 1.800.344.4867.

Help us bring much-needed support to others with MS, their families and caregivers by becoming a peer support volunteer today.
