The National Multiple Sclerosis Society – Indiana State Chapter’s mission is to mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS). It is our vision to achieve a world free of MS. However, until we reach this goal, we must empower people with MS and their families to cope with the effects of the disease, and, at the same time, work to maintain maximum independence and quality of life.
For our organization, a world free of multiple sclerosis means much more than searching for a cause and a cure for the underlying disease. Our vision includes providing continued assistance for those living with the challenges of MS, as well as their families, friends and loved ones. As a result, the Indiana State Chapter focuses on addressing both immediate and long-term concerns of individuals with multiple sclerosis, our clients, and their support networks, while also supporting research that searches for answers.
