MS Aquatics
IUPUI MS Swim Program
This program is based on the IUPUI semester schedule, and will start again in September and continue until December 2011. It will then break for the holidays, and will start again in January 2012. Check back here for more information throughout the year.
This free program is designed as a one-on-one program where participants work with physical therapy students from IUPUI. Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Please Note: class will NOT be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2011.
Participants should meet on the deck of the instructional pool. The address of the IU Natatorium is 901 West New York Street, near downtown Indianapolis.

MS Aquatics Classes
- INDIANAPOLIS
The Arthur M. Glick Jewish Community Center in Indianapolis hosts a variety of therapeutic aquatic classes. Participants receive their first class free and then can purchase punch cards for 10 classes for $50. Currently, the JCC is looking for people interested in attending an MS Aquatics class.

FORT WAYNE
The Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation Department hosts water aerobics classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning on June 14 from 7:00 - 7:45 p.m. at the Northside Pool, located at Parnell and East State Street. The cost to participate is $2 per class.
Aqua Fit classes are also available through the Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation Department at various times throughout the summer. The cost to participate is $38 for six sessions. Visit www.fortwayneparks.org or call

Spiece Lifestyle Medical Center hosts MS Aquatics Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. The cost is $36 for a 12-visit punch card, available only at Spiece. For ease of access, Spiece's pool is equipped with a hydraulic lift and railed stairs. Spiece is located off I-69 Exit 111A, at 5310 Merchandise Drive Fort Wayne, IN 46825.
