Yoga for MySelf: Yoga for MS is a free yoga program designed to address the specific needs and requirements of individuals living with multiple sclerosis.  Classes are FREE and held at 9:00 a.m. on the first Tuesday of every month beginning on February 7.  For more information, or to register, contact Nathalie de Meyenburg at 812-331-7423 or visit www.equilibriumassage.com.

Fort Wayne
Enjoy the benefits of regular Yoga practice, from muscle toning and limbering to managing stress. Yoga’s combination of exercise, breathing and meditation techniques will help you build concentration and poise, improve your stamina and even relieve insomnia.
