Yoga for MySelf: Yoga for MS is a free yoga therapy program designed to address the specific needs and requirements of individuals living with multiple sclerosis. A Seated Yoga Class is available on Wednesdays from 10:15 - 11:00 a.m. at the Medical Academic Center Building, located at 13225 N. Meridian Street in Carmel.
A second class is available on Tuesdays from 11:00 - 11:45 a.m. at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, located at 3650 W. 106th Street in Carmel.

Yoga for Everybody at Pilates Indy, Inc. Potential benefits include: greater flexibility, better breathing and body alignment, more fluid transfers, strength development, confidence and calmness. Class participants must be able to follow simple instructions. Physical assistance will be available form the class teacher and assistance. Students must pre-register to help ensure adequate assistance is available . If possible, it is also recommended that a family member or caregiver attend. Both people using wheelchairs and those not using wheelchairs are welcome to attend.
