Yoga for Everybody at Pilates Indy, Inc. Potential benefits include: greater flexibility, better breathing and body alignment, more fluid transfers, strength development, confidence and calmness. Class participants must be able to follow simple instructions. Physical assistance will be available form the class teacher and assistance. Students must pre-register to help ensure adequate assistance is available . If possible, it is also recommended that a family member or caregiver attend. Both people using wheelchairs and those not using wheelchairs are welcome to attend.
This ongoing wokrship is being held starting on the first Thursday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The fee is $55 for early registration (before the first day of class) and $65 the day of the workshop.
