MS Forward Gym- Powered By Dynamic Athletics
MS Forward Powered by Dynamic Athletics will begin Monday, January 14th. The hour long group training sessions will be offered three times a week for a flat rate of $40 per month. The program will feature Dynamic Athletic's motion capture system.

Jazzercise Lite
Appropriate for persons with: stable chronic illness, i.e.: neurological disorders, arthritis, or pregnancy or persons who are overweight or obese, prefect workout for 50 plus ages. Must have primary care provider’s permission in writing prior to enrolling.

Supervised Fitness
A 1-hour program designed for those who have completed their physical therapy and wish to continue with a long-term exercise program that addresses personal needs.
Pilates/Stretching
Increased core muscle strength, balance, and im-proved mental health is the focus of this program. Both active and passive stretching movements have been incorporated to reduce spasticity and muscle tightness.
Whole Body Vibration
Whole body vibration therapy massages, relaxes, strengthens, and tones the body, affecting circulation, flexibility, and range of motion regardless of disability and/or age level.

MS Group Exercise
MS Group Exercise Class is a gentle workout, for people with Multiple Sclerosis or other challenges, designed to maintain strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. The class is held in a non-intimidating setting with an instructor leading participants through exercises and machines, adapting to the individual needs of each person.

Multiple Sclerosis Aquatic Exercise
In collaboration with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society – licensed clinicians will facilitate this FREE water exercise class which is designed to:
- Maximize muscle strength and endurance
- Improve flexibility
- Provide a positive social experience for participants with MS.

Classes will be held in the shallow end of the lap pool. Participants in need of assistance in dressing, transferring to the lift or in the pool should bring their own helper. You will need a signed copy of the Participant Liability Release Agreement (available at classes), pool shoes if desired.
Midweek Yoga with Brenda Berg Dyck
Since discovering yoga in 1999, Brenda has developed a devoted practice and passion for yoga that continues to grow and expand. In 2007, she earned her RYT200 hr certification in classical Hatha style yoga from the worldwide Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center and trained under Senor Swami Sitaramananda. Brenda enjoys sharing the immense benefits of various Hatha yoga styles with others.

New Adaptive yoga (ages 13+)
Adaptive Chair Yoga is designed for anyone whose limited strength or mobility has kept them from trying yoga. Poses are adapted to an individual’s current condition, while honoring his/her strengths. All of the benefits of traditional yoga are available to you. Ideal for many suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy and a variety of Muscular Dystrophic illnesses. Yoga performed in chairs is designed to allow almost anyone to participate in a very gentle form of exercise. It works the joints and muscles to increase flexibility, strength, balance and circulation.
