Enclose a check for $40 with application (Please make check payable to National MS Society, Gateway Area Chapter) or pay now online. $25 is a tax deductible donation to the National MS Society. $15 covers the cost of the license plates.

When the state approves the MS license plate this spring, we will submit all applications and payment directly to the state.
- You will receive your new Missouri license plates in the summer of 2012. In the highly unlikely event that the license plate is not approved, the National MS Society will refund your full $40.
