How to spread the word:
- Use one of the MS Society logos as your profile picture on Facebook, MySpace and more.
- Download and post a web banner on your site. Then, forward it to everyone you know who has a website and ask them to post it also. Remember to have the URL click back to www.MSmidamerica.org.
- Donate your status update and profile picture on FaceBook to MS!
- Make MS pictures your wallpaper on your computer screen and your signature on your emails.
- Send an eCard to your friends. For a Walk MS card, go here. For a Bike MS card, go here.
Right click on the image and select "Save As...". For larger versions of the images, please download the zip file at the bottom of each section.
