Board Responsibilities
The Board has the direct responsibility to oversee the administration of the Chapter and acts on recommendations by the committees of the Chapter and the Chapter President. The Board reviews the financial condition of the Chapter, fundraising activities, as well as the program offerings that affect people with MS and their families.
Board members meet four times annually and are responsible for the 108 counties in Kentucky as well as Clark and Floyd counties in Southern Indiana. Board terms are for three years, evaluated on an annual basis.
We are very appreciative of the time, effort and talent all of these individuals bring to our Chapter. They are truly powerful forces in the fight against MS.
