The services staff provide short-term counseling over the phone and referrals to mental health professionals for long-term counseling.

Self-Help Groups

Groups led by trained peer leaders are held on a monthly basis. Groups meet primarily for educational and social purposes, allowing members to share feelings and find support with others in similar situations. Call 1-800-344-4867, option 1 for more information. Newly Diagnosed Support

Packages of information are available to individuals newly diagnosed with MS. The information package provides knowledge about a wide variety of multiple sclerosis topics and can be tailored to meet the interests and needs of each person. To receive a newly diagnosed packet, contact the Chapter office at 1-800-344-4867, option 1.
