The Chapter’s Affiliated Self-Help Group Leader program is set up to enhance and improve the quality of services offered to self-help groups throughout the Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. Self-Help Group Leaders participate in annual formal training, supervision and evaluation as part of their volunteer role with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater New England Chapter.
This page is designed for easy access to various self-help group forms and resources. The links on this resource page can be downloaded and saved so that they can be printed and returned to the Chapter following each meeting. We encourage leaders to save these files on their hard drives for easier access. These forms can be used throughout the life of the group in a variety of situations.
We thank you very much for becoming a Self-Help Group Leader and appreciate all you do for people with MS, their families and those helping with their care. Thank you!
