The Chapter provides limited financial assistance in the following categories: air conditioners; transportation to medical appointments; emergency needs; allied health assessments; short-term counseling; auto modifications; medical equipment; and home and respite care. Advice about other potential funding sources is also provided.
Any person diagnosed with MS, living in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Vermont, may apply for financial assistance.
