The Chapter provides limited financial assistance in the following categories: air conditioners; transportation to medical appointments; emergency needs; allied health assessments; underwriting to participate in chapter programs; children’s expenses; short-term counseling; auto and home modifications; homemaker/chore services; medical equipment; and home and respite care. Advice about other potential funding sources is also provided.
Any person diagnosed with MS, living in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Vermont, may apply for financial assistance.
