Be a driving force to promote National MS Society events and programs in your local area.
Initial Impact
The impact of the efforts of the MS Street Team will increase the reach and popularity of our events and programs.
Sustained Outcomes
The MS Street Team will be a major contributor in brining us closer to creating a world free of MS.
Training
All MS Street Team members will receive training and information about our mission, the disease itself, our Fundraising events, and how to effectively promote the Central New England Chapter’s events and programs to the community.
Support
The MS Street Team will receive ongoing support from the Chapter in a variety of forms. There will also be fun and informational gatherings for the MS Street Team to meet other team members, learn about new happenings at the National MS Society, and have some fun.
Commitment
MS Street Team members are involved with us between approximately March through August for an average of 5-6 hours per month. They will be traveling to a variety of promotional opportunities, fairs, parties, conventions, concerts, etc. where they will be able to spread the word about the National MS Society.
Qualifications
The MS Street Team is looking for people who are:
outgoing,
have a positive personality,
energetic,
friendly,
engaging.
They also need a driver’s license and vehicle for travel purposes to and from Street Team opportunities.
