The Maryland Chapter's Services Navigation Program is here to identify community resources that could benefit the client's quality of life by targeting the specific community agencies and organizations that will help members attain their specific needs. The Services Navigator also coordinates the needs of members who have identified multiple needs via the Chapter's Financial Assistance Program. Lastly, the Services Navigator will ensure the individual understands how to advocate for themselves in the social, employment and healthcare systems.
