Participate in yoga or other Wellness programs focused on benefitting individuals with MS
The Maryland Athletic Club is offering two programs for individuals with MS.
Yoga for Individuals with MS
Active Survivor's Network's Yoga for Individuals Living with MS is based on yoga postures, breath and meditation, to help improve body awareness, release of muscular tension, increased coordination and balance, better management of stress and an overall feeling of well-being. Class is modified to the individual and may be performed in a chair.
Four-week sessions are $25 at MAC Timonium. See the flyer for more information.
Healthy Start Program - For New or Returning Exercisers
Just 60 days to wellness for $60. You will meet with a MAC Fitness Professional in small group sessions two times per week and have access to the MAC facilities as often as you'd like.
