MS Awareness Week 2013
EVERY CONNECTION COUNTS
This year’s MS Awareness Week was a huge success focusing on making every connection count. From all of the orange we saw to the Facebook traffic, we sincerely appreciate all of the efforts that took place during this exciting week.
We kicked off the week with our Annual Meeting where we recognized our top fundraisers and volunteers. The msconnection.org website debuted its new look as well.
Here is just some of the participation that took place over the week:
- Ruby Tuesday restaurants donated 20% of sales to the us on Thursday, March 14 totaling over $1500
- General Motors turned the Renaissance Center in Detroit orange for the week
- Mojo at Q106 FM, Lansing, emceed our Annual Meeting Saturday, March 9 and supported us on the radio
- WLNS TV6 sported orange during their morning show
- Many Walk & Bike MS teams kicked off their fundraising and team recruitment during MS Awareness Week
We thank everyone who was involved in making every connection count during MS Awareness Week. We could not do it without you!
