Newly Diagnosed Programs

People with MS have needs that stretch beyond medicine. They have many questions about the disease, what the future holds and how their families and employment will be affected. The Chapter is pleased to offer programs that target the needs of people newly diagnosed with MS. For a list of additional programs offered by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society click here.

Knowledge is Power is a unique educational program conducted through the mail or via email. Each week for up to eight weeks, participants receive articles and supplemental materials relating to a variety of topics. Although this program was developed for people newly diagnosed with MS, it is open to everyone. To learn more about Knowledge is Power and how to sign up click here.

MS Learn Online
Targeted toward people with MS and their families, this series features experts speaking on pertinent topics for approximately ten minutes at a time. MS Learn Online is the National Society's online educational webcast series. Click here to learn more!
