The National MS Society, Minnesota Chapter seeks a Walk MS Coordinator to coordinate event logistics, event marketing, secure sponsorships and direct day-of-event activities for Walk MS 2011 in Hudson, Wis.

The Walk MS Coordinator plays a vital role at the Minnesota Chapter by building relationships in the community.

This position requires the ability to be creative, set priorities, multi-task, work towards goals, be detail-oriented and work independently. Must have excellent communication skills, computer skills and the ability to professionally represent the National MS Society, Minnesota Chapter. Coordinator will work approximately three to 15 hours per week starting in October 2010 until the end of May 2011. Two to three years event planning or relevant experience is preferred. A stipend of a $1,500 will be given.
