Why we walk

Each year, hundreds of people join together to move us closer to our ultimate destination — a world free of MS. We walk for our friends, our mothers and fathers. We walk for our children, our sisters and brothers. We walk for ourselves, our co-workers and even perfect strangers. We walk to drive research for a cure and to provide support to families living with MS. We walk so that one day, no one ever has to receive an MS diagnosis, ever.

What to expect

Held June 30 to July 1, 2012, Challenge Walk MS takes you through the very best of the Twin Cities, with a festive kick-off ceremony and pep rally, an overnight at St. Kate’s dormitories and a powerful mass finish at the State Capitol in St. Paul. You’ll receive top-notch support throughout your entire journey — with rest stops and pit stops along the route, overnight accommodations, meals, luggage transport and staff and volunteers cheering you through every single mile.
