The Upper Midwest Chapter is pleased to provide online tools for DIY (do it yourself) fundraisers and share information about upcoming fundraising events offered by other people and organizations benefiting the National MS Society. However, the chapter does not sponsor these events and has had no role in developing content.

Do It Yourself FundraisingDo It Yourself Fundraising is an opportunity for people with a deep commitment to the MS cause to raise awareness and critical funds for the MS Movement in new and creative ways. From golf and baseball tournaments to gala's and motorcycle runs, people in the Upper Midwest Chapter area are commited to fighting MS NOW!

Crawl4CureCrawl 4 the Cure

Crawl 4 the Cure is a charitable event where offroad vehicle enthusiasts raise money for the National MS Society. All makes and models of off-highway vehicles are welcome, and family and friends are encouraged to join in the fun! In exchange for collecting a reasonable amount of donations, participants receive:

  • Three nights of camping;
  • Two dinners, including a catered BBQ pig roast;
  • Two days of guided trail rides;
  • Raffle tickets for a chance to win awesome door prizes;
  • Goodie bag with cool stuff from event sponsors; and
  • An unforgettable weekend of fun and camaraderie with offroading enthusiasts looking to do something that makes a difference in the lives of people affected by MS!

motorcycleBenefit Ride for MS

Southern Minnesota

A 100-mile, scenic route through southern Minnesota. Registration is from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Palace Bar in Montgomery, Minn. There is a fee of $15 per rider (includes post-ride meal). Ride leaves at 11 a.m. with three stops.

MS Cup

August 2012
Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota

MSCUPBlake Middleton will partner with the Minnetonka Yacht Club to run the fifth annual MS Cup in August 2012. The MS Cup is held in conjunction with a long-standing and unique sailing race called the Burton Cup, which has a history of more than 100 years! The race involves all fleets from both the Minnetonka and Wayzata Yacht Clubs.

Money raised through MS Cup supports research and programs for people affected by MS in the chapter area.

Opinions for Good

The National MS Society has partnered with Op4G (Opinions for Good), a market research company with a twist. Individuals can sign up and receive payment for completing online marketing surveys and a percentage of your earnings can be donated to your nonprofit of choice!
