20s and 30s opportunities

20s and 30s events give people with MS and their families and friends the chance to connect and have fun with others in their 20s and 30s who understand an MS diagnosis. Activities include happy hours, picnics, comedy nights and more. Check the Social outings page for upcoming 20s and 30s events!

Help plan the fun: Become a member of the 20s and 30s advisory group
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Upper Midwest Chapter is looking to add new members to the 20s and 30s advisory group. Members assist in planning and hosting programs and social outings for people in their 20s and 30s affected by MS.
