Programs and resources for care partners

Care partners play an important role in the lives of people with MS. The Upper Midwest Chapter provides programs and support for family members, partners and friends in caring roles.

Care partner groups
Connect with other care partners. Enjoy lively discussions, learn valuable information and ways to cope with challenges, have fun and be inspired.

MS Person-to-Person
Living with MS or caring for someone with the disease can be a challenge, and it's important to have a person who you can turn to for support, companionship or the simple reminder you're not alone. Connect with someone who understands MS and enjoy a one-on-one relationship through conversations by phone, email and in person.

Care Partner Appreciation Brunch
The chapter hosts brunch events in the fall to celebrate those who care for people with MS.

MS Annual Conferences
Connect and celebrate with volutneers, fundraisers, donors and other extraordinary leaders in the MS movement at an MS Annual Conference. Conferences are held in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

20s and 30s opportunities
Connect with other people in their 20s and 30s who live with MS or care for someone who does.
