Adaptive Yoga for MS
Studies show that people with MS who practice yoga can reduce fatigue. Yoga provides a physical and mental workout; it helps to maintain or improve strength and concentration; it can improve balance, coordination and flexibility; it also reduces stress.
Time: Tuesdays, 9–10 a.m.
