Housing and equipment

Multiple sclerosis stops people from moving. We exist to make sure it doesn't. The National MS Society, Upper Midwest Chapter has a variety of resources to help you keep moving. We're here to help, whether you want to learn more about accessible housing or equipment options; try out equipment before you purchase; or buy, sell or donate a piece of equipment.

Accessible housing
The National MS Society can help connect you with accessible housing or home modifications to help you remain independent. Call an MS Navigator® at 800-582-5296 (option 1) to learn more. The Society has also collaborated with outside agencies on several accesible housing projects, including Kingsley Commons and Charlotte Commons in Minneapolis. Click here to be added to the accessible housing interest list for news on upcoming projects and openings.

If you are a contractor or developer interested in building accessible housing, contact Steve at 612-335-7928 or steve.korngable@nmss.org.
