Camp Courage
Maple Lake, MN
Majestic Shores Resort, formerly MS Camp, is a five-day program for people with multiple sclerosis at Camp Courage near Maple Lake, Minn. Take a vacation from the challenges of the disease, connect with others and enjoy daily activities while taking in the scenic surroundings.
Majestic Shores Resort includes outdoor activities, like fishing or pontooning, and indoor activities such as swimming, crafts, educational workshops, games and a variety of nighttime activities.
Camp Courage — complete with an indoor pool, farm, health center, gymnasium and recreation area — is fully accessible, and cabins feature a comfortable lounge and sleeping areas.
Assistance
Home health aides are available in the morning and evening to support trained volunteers with personal care in the cabins, but trained volunteer assistance is limited. Guests who need one-on-one personal care assistence must bring a personal care attendent. Nurses are available to provide on-site medical care and a doctor will be on call.
Program fee
Cost is $200 per person. Fee adjustments are available upon request.
Professional staff and volunteers review the interest form to determine if the chapter can meet the medical and safety needs of atendees. In some cases, individual medical needs may be greater than we can provide at Majestic Shores Resort.

We'll make every effort to accommodate the session of your choice, but we can't guarantee space will be available. If a date has already been filled, you'll have your choice of being placed on a waiting list or participating in the alternative session.
