- Visit your state or federal legislators in their local office. The Chapter can help you arrange your visit.
- Help us recruit more MS activists at the next Bike MS or Walk MS event.
- Visit an MS Society group or club and talk about ways to get involved in advocacy
- Become a subject-matter expert and serve on a local task force.
- Organize an event to meet other MS activists in your community.
