Take part in the MS Day at the Capitol from home!
Even if you can't make it to the capitol, you can still share your story, raise MS awareness and make a splash during your state's MS Day at the Capitol. Your stories are crucial to making change for people affected by MS.

Click here to send an email to your legislator. Educating your policymaker is one of the most important things you can do as someone who is affected by MS. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Once you are logged into the website, it will automatically know who your legislator is.
You will notice the option to add your own story to this email. Please be sure to add the following elements to your story as applicable:
- What is your connection to MS?
- How does MS affect you or your family?
- In what ways has your life changed since the MS diagnosis?
- Are there any changes you'd like to see that your legislator can help with?
- How would this change benefit you or your family?
