Your job as a Movement Ambassador is to get people excited about ending MS.
There are countless ways to engage others in the movement. It’s as simple as talking to someone about your involvement with the MS Society. Click here for a list of ideas to get you started. We'll also send new ideas for simple things you can do each month. But don’t let our list of ideas limit you! Find new ways to get others excited about joining the movement and let us know about them. -
Log on and stay connected
You will receive most of your communication from us via e-mail and the Web. Each month you’ll receive an e-mail with chapter news, ambassador profiles, ideas for simple ways to join the movement and special ambassador-only opportunities.

Tell us what you’re up to
We want to know what you’re doing to engage people in the movement to end MS. Each month you’ll receive a link to a survey. This is where you’ll tell us what you’ve been up to for the past month. We will track your activities and your volunteer time and will have contests, incentives and other rewards for your outstanding activities. This survey is also available here.
