- Simple ways to join the movement: There are many ways to engage other people in the movement to end MS. This is where you can find a list of ideas. We update the list regularly and are always looking for your creative ideas.
- Tracking Sheet: This is where you can input the information from any type of ambassador activity you have completed. We want to hear about your activities, regardless of how small you think they are. Please submit a sheet for each activity.
