MS Wellness Fair

Shape up with the
MS Wellness Fair on March 10, 2012!

Program Includes:

• Individual screening appointments with a physical and occupational therapist
• Strength assessment
• Balance assessment
• Mobility device assessment
• Range of motion tests
• Various health screenings
• Opportunity to meet with a variety of healthcare disciplines, i.e. social worker, speech therapist, registered nurse, nutritionist
• Opportunity to ask specific health and wellness questions
• Light refreshments
• Chance to learn about more of the Chapter's wellness programs and community wellness resources.
