He owns Walker Construction in Dexter, MO and his Office Manager Tamra Terry has MS. They started the walk in Dexter and the last Saturday in September 2013 will be there 20th year. He donates time, money and resources to help make that walk a success. He does whatever physical tasks that need to be done for the walk. Charles is also apart of the Rotary club. As a boss, he understands Tamra's needs and allows her to make her to take off when she needs to and to take a nap in the office after lunch everyday.
