MS Service Day

What is 'MS Service Day'?

MS Service Day is an opportunity to serve people living with MS in the Gateway Area Chapter's 90 counties through cleaning, repairing and rehabbing homes. Volunteers spread throughout the area helping with projects that individuals with MS may not be able to do themselves and provide families with much needed help.

Our volunteers meet on the morning of the projects, pick up their team packets, supplies, and tools, and head out to make a difference in the area.

Jobs Include:

  • Painting
  • Trimming hedges
  • Moving mulch
  • Lawn care
  • Installing gutter guards
  • General maintenance
  • Various other projects

Our annual event occurs on the 4th Saturday in October, but projects are considered throughout the year as well.

This opportunity is great for individuals and groups in high school or older. Volunteers of all skill levels are needed.
