Register for Walk MS
Join 2000 walkers and volunteers at one of the three Walk MS locations in Central NC. It is a day we come together to show the power of our connections.
Find a Walk and start fundraising today. Because the money we raise at Walk MS speeds new treatments for people with MS, ensures financial support for people dealing with the havoc MS causes and supports local programs.

Register for Bike MS: Tour to Tanglewood - September 28 & 29
The 28th Annual Bike MS:Tour to Tanglewood is a two-day cycling event with over 2000 cyclists and volunteers, and raises over $1 million annually.
Starting and finishing at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons, NC, Tour to Tanglewood cyclists enjoy two full days of riding through the Yadkin River Valley. The start/finish line has live music all weekend, four meals including lunch by Carrabba's on Saturday, and a Team Village you'll never forget. Each cyclist must raise at least $200 by the day of the ride to participate. Register to ride, volunteer, become a virtual cyclist, or join Linking Lives at www.bikeMSncc.org.
Register for Bike MS: Gears and Cheers - May 4
This one-day ride, with with 500 cyclists and volunteers, kicks off the Bike MS season at Grove Winery in Gibsonville, NC. Each participant gets a finish line with live music, lunch, and an event wine glass to keep! Fundraising is recommended at this ride, but is not required. Register to ride, volunteer or become a virtual cyclist for the "only ride where wining is allowed" at www.gearsandcheers.org!
Do It Yourself Events
Do It Yourself Fundraising is an opportunity for people with a commitment to the MS cause to raise awareness and critical funds for the MS Movement in new and creative ways.
The Do It Yourself website includes helpful resources to help you kick off a Do It Yourself activity, and learn from others who are hosting their own.
Activities can include golf tournaments, dinner parties, bake sales, endurance events, simply asking your friends, and more! So get started today, join the movement®, and together we can all help to create a world free of MS!
